Let´s go Diving together!
From the countless encounters here with diving certified expats whose regulators are gathering dust because they haven't been diving for ages, the idea has arisen to offer diving as a weekend hobby. With a membership fee of $105 per month (bring your partner or a family member, and he/she only pays $65!) you are guaranteed 4 dives, and if the boat capacity allows, we will take you one more time. Equipment and tanks are of course provided, and apart from that we are your contact for everything to do with the ocean and diving.

The Hippocampus Divers Club will - in addition to the weekend dives in the local island archipelago - organize events at regular intervals, such as educational meetings, a barbeque evening or diving trips to Coiba (extra costs are incurred when traveling). In addition to the events organized by the club's managers there are no limits to your creativity to organize an event as a club member! And if you are looking for a diver who cleans the bottom of your boat, for sure you will find him or her in the club, too.
Let´s get equipment repaired or swaped!
Does your Scuba tank need a hydrostatic test? Is your regulator almost always freeflowing? Your daughter has outgrown her fins and needs fins in the next size up? The Hippocampus Divers Club will organize a meeting at regular intervals where you can ask a technician familiar with diving equipment for advice, organize a collection shipment of scuba tanks to Panama City and/or exchange, sell or buy snorkel or scuba equipment.
Let´s make the ocean interesting for locals!
The first contacts with teachers in different areas have already been established. We firmly believe that the ocean can become even more interesting for the locals. So much can be taught during the school vacations or as part of sports lessons. $5 of every membership fee will be put monthly towards a child's swimming education, which the Hippocampus Divers Club provides voluntarily, but for which swimming goggles, swimming noodles and boards are needed.
